BETHEL — The Bethel Citizen is pleased to welcome Meira Bienstock as a staff writer. Bienstock will be replacing reporter Sam Wheeler.
Bienstock brings a wealth of experience. A graduate of Indiana’s Ball State University, and having studied in London at City of Westminster College, she has interned for Elle Magazine in New York and The Jerusalem Post in Jerusalem, Israel.
She has worked as an editorial assistant for Time magazine and has been a contributor to the Huffington Post and correspondent for The Herald Bulletin in Anderson, IN.
“We are excited to welcome Meira to our team,” said Managing Editor A.M. Sheehan. “She comes with a wonderful and varied bundle of experience which will expand the depth of our coverage of the Bethel and its surrounding communities.”
