Banana and Peanut butter Breakfast Smoothie

Love banana and peanut butter? Then mix them up in a delicious protein packed smoothie. If you like thicker smoothies- use frozen bananas and don’t add any ice!

Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 bananas broken into chunks
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup low fat vanilla Greek style yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
2 cups ice cubes

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
