LIVERMORE FALLS — In partnership with Western Maine Community Action’s new Whole Families program, Spruce Mountain Adult Education looks to better understand its local childcare needs. It also is curious to know if there is a significant correlation between a lack of available childcare in the region and the inability or hardship for adults to enroll in continuing education.

Adult education asks its community partners to distribute its survey to greater Franklin County residents so data-informed decisions can be made to best serve the community in relation to education and childcare.

The 15-question childcare survey can be found online at docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdWWGLUvOiprjDE3V59yCBKx1NqPYgloErx1YTg3DjSM8D2jQ/viewform.

This survey is anonymous unless participants wish to self-identify to receive more information about childcare subsidies and/or enrolling in adult education programming.

Those who have an agency/company Facebook page can help spread the word by sharing the post about the childcare survey. Its Facebook page can be found at facebook.com/rsu73sprucemtnadulted/.

Spruce Mountain Adult Education welcomes any questions, suggestions or concerns, and plans to share the results with its community partners.
