Parade
HEBRON  — Beth Francis will explain the production process of the town history panels displayed in the Maine Bicentennial parade, interesting things she may have discovered in the process, and the choosing of their permanent locations, for the future benefit of the town’s citizens. She will address the Historical Society at the town office, 351 Paris Road, on 26 Oct at 7 p.m. The public is invited. Masks are not required if fully vaccinated.
Breakfast
PARIS — The Town of Paris Recreational Softball Program is hosting our first annual Pancake Breakfast! We will be serving a delicious stack of pancakes with your choice of bacon or sausage and a cup of coffee or orange juice. This breakfast time fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 30 from 6-11 a.m. at the American Legion, 12 Church Street in South Paris; the cost per person is $8 for ‘All you can eat.’ All proceeds will of to benefit Paris Recreational Softball Program.
Supper
WEST PARIS — The Finnish American Heritage Society of Maine, 8 Maple St West Paris,  will hold a public buffet supper on Saturday, October 16 from 5-6:30 p.m. $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Covid guidelines will be followed.
