NAPLES — Telstar took advantage of eight Lake Region turnovers and quarterback Will Doyle threw four touchdown passes and ran for a TD, leading the Rebels to a 52-0 eight-man football victory over Lake Region on Friday.

Doyle started the procession to the end zone with a 25-yard pass to Miles Lilly, then connected with Cameron Palmer for the two-point conversion. Doyle tossed a 2-yarder to Braydon Stevens for a TD and then the QB ran in the two-point conversion for a 16-0 lead in the opening quarter.

In the second quarter, Doyle hit Stevens with a 68-yard touchdown pass and Bode Leach scored on a 41-yard interception return. The Rebels took 28-0 lead into halftime.

The third quarter featured Doyle scoring on a 2-yard run and Gavinn Martin delivering a 38-yard touchdown run.

Doyle topped off the scoring with a 28-yard TD pass to Palmer. Stevens ran in the conversion.

The Rebels’ defense was equally as formidable as their offense, with Matt Dillon recovering two key fumbles.

BONNY EAGLE 48, LEWISTON 8: Nick Klein ran for three touchdowns and Zac Oja had two rushing TDs as the Scots (4-2) handled the Blue Devils (1-5) in Standish.

Oja gained 113 yards on only eight carries. Terrell Edwards completed 8 of 11 passes for 141 yards, including a 54-yard completion to Aidan Walcott for the opening score.

Trevor Perkins added another scoring run and Brandt Abbott kicked six extra points for the Scots.

Jeffrey Randall scored from the 3-yard line and added a conversion rush in the fourth quarter for Lewiston.

BOYS SOCCER
EDWARD LITTLE 3, LEAVITT 0: Jack Thompson kicked in a pair of goals and Mohamed Adow dropped in one, steering the Red Eddies to a victory over the Hornets in Auburn.

Jaxson Kimball and Campbell Cassidy each picked up an assist along the way, and Red Eddies goalie Eli St. Laurent made three saves.

Tudum Monday and Will Sampson turned in stellar defensive performances for Edward Little, limiting Leavitt’s scoring opportunities.

LISBON 3, HALL-DALE 1: Danny Levesque, Elijah Fullerton and Sam Lubamba each scored a goal in the Greyhounds’ victory over the Bulldogs in Farmingdale.

Hunter Brissette picked up an assist and Lisbon goalie Sean Moore made three saves.

WINTHROP 3, CARRABEC 2: Tyler Shumway scored a goal and had an assist for the Ramblers’ (4-6) win over the Cobras (2-3) in Winthrop.

Jacob Barrows and Iker Penniman each had a goal for Winthrop while Jaxon August stopped six shots.

Seth Price and Luke Carey scored for Carrabec. Will Lawrence made five saves.

OAK HILL 1, BUCKFIELD 1: Ethan Vattaso scored in the second half for the Raiders (5-4-1) to force a tie against the Bucks (5-4-1) in Buckfield.

Hunter Driscoll scored in the first half for Buckfield.

Cade Fessenden made seven saves for Oak Hill while Gavin Charest stopped 11 shots for the Bucks.

EDWARD LITTLE 1, LEAVITT 1: The Red Eddies (3-5-1) scored in the first half while the Hornets (3-5-3) scored in the second in a draw in Turner.

Gabby Gerry scored for Edward Little , with Layla Facchiano recording an assist. Hailee Brown made 12 saves.

Mariit Likelema tied the game 1-1, with Jalee Boucher setting up the goal. Carlie Leavitt made nine saves.

HALL-DALE 8, MT. ABRAM 0: Rita Benoit and Marie Benoit each scored two goals to lead the Bulldogs to a win over the Roadrunners in Salem.

Jenna Lee, Julia Nott, Karlie Reith and Zoe Soule added goals for Hall-Dale (10-0-0).

Haley Bate had 14 saves for Mt. Abram (8-2-0).

NYA 8, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1: Jazzy Huntsman tallied three goals and an assist, and Angel Huntsman scored twice as the Panthers (10-0-1) downed the Patriots (4-7) at Yarmouth.

Maggie Holt, Hayden Wienckowski and Anna Belleau also scored for North Yarmouth Academy, which led 3-1 at halftime and finished with a 24-2 advantage in shots.

Emily Robbins had two assists.

OAK HILL 2, MONMOUTH/WINTHROP 0: Gabby Chessie’s two goals and Paige Gonya’s seven saves led the unbeaten Raiders (7-0) to a shutout win over the Mustangs (6-3-1) in Monmouth.

Chessie scored one goal in the first half and one in the second. Gonya and Eliana Smith assisted on the two goals.

Monmouth/Winthrop goalie June Foyt stopped eight shots.

FIELD HOCKEY
HALL-DALE 3, LISBON 0: Ava Corbin, Tori Tibbetts and Averi Baker each tallied goals for the Bulldogs in a victory over the Greyhounds in Farmingdale.

Ellory Stewart had an assist for Hall-Dale (3-6-2). Kelsey Cormier had eight saves to earn the shutout.

Mania Levesseur had seven saves for Lisbon (4-5-1).

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 4, TELSTAR 1: Aubrey Kachnovich and Ryleigh Castonguay each had two goals for the Phoenix (3-5-2) in a win over the Rebels (0-10) in Bethel.

Ella Plourde had three assists in the win while goalie Jayden Achorn stopped three shots.

Natasha Mason scored for Telstar with Julia Head notching the assist. EB Hoff stopped seven shots.
