2021 Lewiston and Auburn municipal candidates
On Nov. 2, voters in the two cities will elect mayors, city councilors and school committee members.
Auburn Mayor

It would be his third consecutive term.
Auburn City Council

Two of the three candidates will serve on the City Council next year. Gerry is an incumbent.

Gould and Whiting compete for the seat currently held by Holly Lasagna.

Political newcomer Ryan Hawes takes on incumbent Tim MacLeod for the Ward 2 seat.

Milks is seeking his second term.

Current Ward 4 Councilor Brian Carrier is not seeking reelection.

Joseph DeMotta and Kathy Shaw are declared write-in candidates for the Ward 5 seat.
Auburn School Committee

Pamela Foster Albert, Faith Fontaine, Patricia M. Gautier, Jodi Goldrup and David Simpson are candidates for the two at-large Auburn School Committee positions.

Clarisa Pérez-Armendáriz is a write-in candidate for Auburn's Ward 1 School Committee seat.

Pamela Hart is running for the Auburn School Committee Ward 2 seat.

Karen Mathieu is the current chairwoman of the Auburn School Committee

Brian J. Belknap II is running for a second term on the Auburn School Committee

Daniel Poisson is running for his fifth term on the Auburn School Committee.
Lewiston Mayor

Mayor Mark Cayer is not running for reelection.
Lewiston City Council

Dane Morgan and Linda Scott are vying for the seat held by Safiya Khalid.

Caleb Roebuck was recently appointed to the seat; Robert McCarthy is challenging him.

Harriman is slated to replace Councilor Alicia Rea, who did not run for reelection.
