LEWISTON — Head to Toe Physical Therapy is celebrating its 15th anniversary as a private outpatient physical therapy clinic.
In 2006, Karen Krzywda opened Head to Toe PT at the Health Club and Spa at 1977 Lisbon Road. Since its inception, the company has been providing land- and aquatic-based one-on-one care to members of the Lewiston-Auburn community and surrounding towns.
