PARIS — A 40-year-old Oxford County man was killed Sunday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Route 119, according to Chief Michael Daly of the Paris Police Department.

Information on the victim, including his name and age, were not released late Sunday so proper notifications could be made, police said.

The driver was traveling at about 11:15 a.m. in a 2011 Ford F-150 pickup truck on Route 119, also known as Hebron Road, when the vehicle veered off the road and rolled multiple times, according to Daly.

The driver was traveling alone and killed instantly, according to police.

The Paris and Norway police departments responded to the crash, Daly said, as did the Norway Fire Department and PACE Ambulance.

Route 119 was closed and traffic was rerouted for about two hours while investigators examined and cleared the scene.

A possible cause had yet to be determined Sunday night, and the investigation was continuing.
