DURHAM — Nomination papers for the spring municipal election are now available at the town office.
Six seats — including two on the Select Board, one for Regional School Unit 5 Board of Directors and three on the Budget Committee — will be on the ballot in the April 2022 municipal election. Each of these positions is a 3-year term.
Residents interested in running must submit a minimum of 25 signatures from registered Durham voters. Those signing the papers are under no obligation to vote for any particular candidate.
Papers must be returned to the Durham town clerk no later than Jan. 31.
