Jane Annelle Marie Gagnon

FARMINGTON: Jane Annella Marie Gagnon a long-time resident of Livermore passed away at Woodlands Senior living of Farmington Maine on January 20, 2022. She was born July 2, 1943, in Saguache, CO. to Estella Cassandra (Woodson) Galvez and Felix Lee Galvez. She was a 1963 graduate of Lewis-Clark High school in Spokane, WA. She was a member on the Girls Glee Club. On June 29, 1963. She married Paul A. Gagnon in Spokane, WA while he was stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base and they shared 33 wonderful years until his passing in May 1996. They made their residence in Livermore, Maine after his military service was complete. Jane was a Breast Cancer Survivor, a past Post President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Jay. She worked for G.H. Bass of Jay as a shoemaker, Berry Hill Apple Orchards of Livermore as an apple packer, Etonic shoe of Auburn as a shoemaker, and KFC of Auburn as a cashier and received Employee of the Month several times and Employee of the Year. She was recommended for manager but declined stating that she enjoyed greeting and working with the customers. She enjoyed bowling (Candle Pin), puzzles, crocheting, playing cards (Canasta), crosswords, word search, bird watching and loved horror movies.She is survived by her son John Paul Gagnon and wife Krista of Woodlawn, TN, two daughters Monique P. Dipompo and husband Freddie of Canton, and Barbara J. Skidgel and husband Darrell of Oakland, four grandchildren Becca Sue Gagnon, Zackery Paul Gagnon, Brooklyn Marie Gagnon of Woodlawn, TN, and Tiffany Fields of Beechgroves, TN, three great grandchildren Samantha Ivy Gagnon of Woodlawn TN, Chloe Laurent Fields of Beechgroves, TN, and Avery Rose Fields of Beechgroves, TN. Siblings Margurite Rosario of Spokane, WA, and Judy Reppert of Tatamy PA, sister in-laws Ruth A, Gagnon of Livermore Falls, Rebecca Galvez of Colorado Springs, CO, and brother in-laws Francis Gagnon and wife Susan of Jay, and several nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her parents Felix and Estella (Woodson) Galvez, husband Paul A. Gagnon, son Robert R. Gagnon, father and mother in-law Phillip and Marie (Hamel) Gagnon, siblings John L.. Galvez, Albert P. Galvez, Ruth L. Galvez, Modesta Cole, Mamie Comez, Elsie Jabbora and Juanita Galvez.Funeral Service: Spring internment will be in June 2022 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Livermore Falls by Wiles Funeral Home of Farmington.
