DIXFIELD — Lydia Rice scored a game-high 12 points, with seven coming in the game-shifting second half, to help lead Winthrop’s rally for a 33-21 MVC girls basketball victory over Dirigo on Tuesday.

Dirigo led 17-15 at half before the Winthrop defense held the Cougars (6-5) to two points each in the third and fourth quarters. Morgan Fichthorn scored six of her nine points in the fourth quarter for the Ramblers (5-3).

Alyvia Perreault paced Dirigo with six points on a pair of 3-pointers in the first half. Grace Robbins scored all of her five points in the first half, as well.

OAK HILL 45, BUCKFIELD 14: The Raiders (4-6) outscored the Bucks (1-8) 21-0 in the second period to pull away for the MVC win in Buckfield.

Emily Dillman scored seven of her game-high nine points in the second quarter for Oak Hill, and Gabby Chessie scored all six of her points in the frame. Paige Gonya and Amara Denis added eight points apiece in the game and Ariana Thibeault and Brianna Dumais matched Chessie with six.

Addison Stevens and Alyssa Litchfield led Buckfield with five points apiece.

HALL-DALE 71, TELSTAR 15: Amanda Trepanier and Hayden Madore paced the Bulldogs (12-0) with 11 points apiece in a rout of the Rebels (1-9) in Farmingdale.

Morgan Zetts scored a team-high nine points for Telstar.

GREELY 68, POLAND 32: Sophia Ippolito scored 20 points and Asja Kelman added 18 as the Rangers (8-2) handled the Knights (3-8) at Cumberland.

Thea Thornton paced Poland with nine points and Gabbi Bolduc added seven.

KENTS HILL 27, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 25: Logan McDonald scored a dominating game-high 22 points in the Huskies’ (6-2) narrow win over the Falcons (6-4) in Rumford.

Madi Dow led Mountain Valley with seven points, while Alana Young, Emma Clukey, Mallorie Bourret and Brooke Brown added four points apiece. Leading scorer Autumn Freeman wasn’t in the lineup for the Falcons.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 38, ST. DOMINIC 37: Breckyn Winship led the Guardians (5-3) with 15 points in a win over the Saints (3-6) in Auburn.

Ellie Leech added 11 points in the win.

Jessie Zimmerman scored a game-high 19 points for St. Dom’s.

LEWISTON 43, PORTLAND 34: Koral Morin had 16 points in the Blue Devils’ (6-6) win over the Bulldogs (1-10) in Portland.

Natalie Beadoin had 13 points in the win.

Eliza Stein had 11 points for Portland.

YORK 49, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 28: Emily Rainforth scored 21 points to power the Wildcats (6-3) to a 27-13 halftime lead over the Patriots (8-4) at Gray-New Gloucester.

Clara Pavuk chipped in with 13 points.

Caitlin Taylor’s eight points led the Patriots, and Amber Fortin added six.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 59, MT. ABRAM 29: Jaydn Pingree scored 14 points and Jazmine Pingree had 10 in the Phoenix’s (8-3) win over the Roadrunners (0-9) in Salem.

Emily Dubord added eight points for Spruce Mountain.

Abi Wilcox scored 10 points and Kharlie Turner had six for Mt. Abram.

ST. DOMINIC 86, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 16: Gabe Carey scored 18 points as the Saints (8-2) beat the Guardians (3-5) in Auburn.

Michael Stowe had 15 points and Noah Cyr added 10 for St. Dominic.

Issac Cardinal and Sunny Johnson each had four points for Seacoast Christian.

DEERING 64, EDWARD LITTLE 59: Remijo Wani led the Rams (3-8) with 26 points in a win over the Red Eddies in Portland.

Max Chikuta chipped in with 15 points to help give Deering coach Todd Wing his 100th win.

John Shea had 22 points for Edward Little and Marshal Adams had 18.

SKOWHEGAN 70, MT. BLUE 63: Kyle LePage scored 27 points to lead the River Hawks (10-3) to a KVAC win over the Cougars (5-6) in Farmington.

Adam Savage added 15 points for Skowhegan.

Evans Sterling scored 27 of his game-high 32 points in the second half for Mt. Blue. Zach Poisson added 17, with 15 of those points coming in the first half.

GREELY 57, POLAND 54: Timothy Walker scored 21 points as the Rangers (5-5) edged the Knights (5-7) in Poland.

Dee Martin Coyne had 14 points followed by Andrew St. Hilaire with nine for Greely.

Hunter Gibson had 20 points, John Patenaude added 14 and Joseph Levesue had 10 for Poland.
