OXFORD — Firefighters responded Tuesday to a fire at a two-story house on New Harrison Road.
The fire was reported shortly after 4 p.m. with a report of black smoke in a densely wooded area. Firefighters located it about a mile and a half off Yeaton Swamp Road, according to communication from responders.
Yeaton Swamp Road runs between Allen Hill Road in Oxford to Gore Road in Otisfield.
No other details were available about 8 p.m. Tuesday.
