In honor of Women’s History Month, Auburn Public Library plans to hold an online program featuring the Maine Women’s Hall of Fame at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, via Zoom.
Lynn Soucy, a trustee with the Futurama Foundation which sponsors the Maine Women’s Hall of Fame, will talk about its history and about some of its inductees, including local women Judith Magyar Isaacson and Florence Brooks Whitehouse.
Registration is required, to register, either visit the events page of auburnpubliclibrary.org or email dwallace@auburnpubliclibrary.org.
The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants in the early afternoon of March 16. If the link does not show up in a registrants’ inbox, they can check their spam folder or call 207-333-6640, ext. 4.
