Barbara Marshall Brunjes is the newest Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Oxford Hills. She exemplifies Rotary’s motto, “service above self,” according to a news release from the club based in South Paris.

Brunjes was accompanied during the presentation by four Paul Harris Fellows in the family, George Wayne Rice, Patty Marshall Rice, Barbara Marshall Beth Marshall Abbott and Evelyn Marshall.

The presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow is the Rotary Foundation’s way of expressing its appreciation for a substantial contribution to its humanitarian and educational programs.

Paul Harris was a Chicago lawyer who started Rotary International with three business associates in 1905.
