We had numerous people correctly identify last week’s Mystery Photo at Bjorn Park in Farmington where High Street meets Route 2. Many people pointed out the helmet of Farmington firefighter Capt. Mike Bell at the top of the memorial, which is titled “Tribute to Resilience.” A plaque there states: “A remembrance of all those involved during a time of crisis.  The community is forever grateful.”  Mike was killed in the Sept. 16, 2019, explosion at the LEAP building across the street from the park. Many of our Mystery Photo entrants commented on their connection to LEAP or to those involved in the tragic incident. That includes our winner, Marsha Allison of Farmington, who was working at LEAP on the day of the explosion. Allison will receive a $20 Hannaford Supermarket gift card for being picked in a random drawing from all the correct entries.
