Friends of the Rumford Public Library is accepting donations of books and media for its annual sale, scheduled for Friday, June 17, in the public room of the 56 Rumford Ave. library.
Donations can include hardcover and paperback books, DVDs, Blu-Ray videos, and audiobooks for children and adults. Donations should be in gently used condition, clean and not moldy. Encyclopedias and text books will not be accepted.
Proceeds will benefit the Friends, a private group of individuals who organize benefits to financially support library projects like the renovation of the children’s closet and events like a Downton Abbey Tea Party.
