The Gendron Franco Center, at 46 Cedar St. on the riverfront in Lewiston, is planning a Parlez-Vous? French conversational club for June and July.
The club plans to meet at the center on alternate Thursdays — except June 23, which is set aside for a La Rencontre event. Meetings will be June 9, July 7 and 21.
Club membership is free.
Tickets for La Rencontre on June 23 can be purchased at the Franco before noon June 20. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Parking is available in the mill lot across the street from the center. The Franco Center is handicap accessible.
