The locations below are offering public fireworks displays celebrating the July 4 holiday in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties, according to the Maine Fire Marshal’s Office. The map with this list includes other public and private fireworks displays throughout Maine also approved by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
SATURDAY, JULY 2:
Bethel: 8:45 p.m., Bethel Inn and Resort, 21 Broad St., no rain date.
Oxford: Racing begins at 5 p.m., fireworks to follow; Oxford Plains Speedway, no rain date.
Fryeburg: 8 p.m.; Field of Dreams – Fryeburg Recreation Center; rain date, July 3.
SUNDAY, JULY 3:
Bridgton: 9 p.m.; 114 Frances Bell Drive on back side of athletic field, rain date, July 5.
Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls: 9 p.m.; Ski Slope Road on Ski Slope at the top of the hill; rain date, July 5.
Turner: 9 p.m.; 118 Ricker Hill Road, in Ricker Hill Orchard gravel pit; rain date, July 5.
Rangeley: 9:30 p.m.; Park Road, Rangeley Town Cove Park; rain date, July 5.
MONDAY, JULY 4:
Lewiston-Auburn: 9:30 p.m.; over Great Falls and the Androscoggin River, 20 Great Falls Plaza, Auburn; rain date, July 5.
Denmark: 9 p.m.; 122 Picket Hill Road, Four Wheeler Trail off Picket Road; no rain date
Carrabassett Valley: 9 p.m.; 1221 Carrabassett Valley Drive, 1 mile north of Carrabassett Valley; no rain date.
Naples: Dusk, Naples Causeway, Route 302 in the middle of town; no rain date.
Rumford: 9 p.m.; 51 Lincoln Ave, Hosmer Field Complex; rain date, July 5.
