When we abandon a sinking ship, women and children are always — and rightfully so — the first to evacuate. Women and children are being bombed from overhead by Vladimir Putin’s hatred of women and children.
Genocide is at hand, as a grotesque exercise in raw power of Russian generals and their enablers going on now day after day after day in Ukraine.
This is simply not acceptable behavior in the increasingly growing smaller world we all live in.
Starvation and famine are a result of the turning away from our responsibility, to hold firm on that line in the sand that has been crossed by a nation grasping at straws for its next breath.
It’s now or never if we are going to stop the insanity that is quickly sapping away the lifeblood of a planet in crisis.
