OAKLAND — Wyatt Knightly struck out 10 batters and held Ware and Butler Messalonskee scoreless for six innings in Bessey Motors’ 6-0 American Legion baseball win Thursday.

Knightly allowed three hits and walked three batters.

Ethan Cutler and Josh Murphy each drove in two runs, and Andrew Merrill had two hits for Bessey Motors, which won all three of its games this week and has won four straight.
