I am writing to encourage my fellow Lewiston residents to vote for Peggy Rotundo for state Senate.
I grew up in Lewiston and went to Lewiston Public Schools knowing about Peggy Rotundo, the strength her leadership brought to our schools, and her service to our community.
My family didn’t have much money when I was growing up. I know that many of the programs Peggy advocates for benefited me and helped directly get me to where I am today.
My husband and I are raising our daughter in Lewiston, and we are concerned our community is losing its values of diversity, equity and inclusion. We hope that Peggy will again represent Lewiston in our state Senate, where we know she would bring a spirit of care, forward thinking, and respect for all people.
I hope people join me in proudly voting for Peggy Rotundo for Senate.
