Greek Pita Pizza
Change up your pizza for a fun change!
Ingredients:
4 whole wheat pita bread (small)
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
4 tomatoes (medium, thinly sliced)
1 onion (halved, medium, thinly sliced)
2 tsp oregano
100 g feta (crumbled)
12 black olives (pitted)
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
1. Place the pita breads onto a baking tray. Spread tomato pasta sauce over the base of each pita. Arrange your tomato slices and onion on top and sprinkle with dried herbs, and Feta
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then add olives and rosemary. Bake in preheated oven
