Astrid

“Astrid” is an old Scandinavian name that means “divinely beautiful”. Our Astrid is no exception. She was surrendered to the shelter in July with her 2 kittens. Astrid is a sweet, reserved lady who would love to live in a home again. Now that she’s done raising her kids, and they have moved on to new homes, she’s ready to have the great life that she deserves. She is currently living in our cageless community room where she lives peacefully with other cats. She is reserved but friendly with human visitors, and she’s a loving girl once she gets to know you. Astrid is around 5 years old and remembers the comforts of a home. She would love to watch the world from your window and would enjoy a cat tree if you have one. Some cozy spots to sleep and some cuddles and rubs with her favorite people would make her one happy kitty. If you’d like to meet Astrid, stop by during our open hours or make an appointment for another day.
