WEST PARIS — “In this winter season, when nature invites us into a time of introspection and renewal, nourish your inner being and replenish your artistic well through a weekly women’s writing circle.

If you feel the nudge to write…
If you’d like to establish a regular writing practice…
If you want to strengthen your connection to your creative Source…
If you’d like to connect with other women who write…

…then please join us for an eight-week writing experience designed to help you overcome resistance, sidestep your inner critic, bring forth your voice, and get you writing.

We will write together weekly for 90 minutes in a write-read-reflect format, using prompts. This will be a safe and welcoming space for beginning and seasoned writers alike. All you need is a notebook and a fast-writing pen.”

“When a woman sits down regularly with pen and paper to write,  surprising shifts occur. Offer yourself a gift this winter…through writing.”

We welcome Stephanie Frykholm as our facilitator. Stephanie’s work in the world is about cultivating creativity, mindfulness, and spirituality in everyday life. She is a lifelong writer and has facilitated women’s circles for over 30 years.
