FARMINGTON — Terion Moss paced University of Maine at Farmington to a 78-70 win over Northern Vermont-Lyndon in a North Atlantic Conference East Division men’s basketball semifinal Friday.

The top-seeded Beavers advance to the NAC East final against No. 3 University of Maine at Presque Isle on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Farmington. The Owls beat No. 2 Husson University 97-87 on Friday.

Moss finished with a game-high 29 points. Kyle Donlin and Jack Kane each had 14 points in the win for the Beavers (18-7 overall, 14-1 NAC), who held a 31-30 lead at halftime. Kane also pulled down a game-high 15 rebounds and was 10 for 12 from the free-throw line.

Peyton Olsen led the No. 4 Hornets (6-20 overall, 3-15) with 15 points while Justin Phillips and Mondwell Bukle each had 14 points. Antonio Carlisle finished with 10 points.
