TURNER – Scott Michael Hinkley, 35 of Turner died unexpectedly at his home Sunday March 5, 2023. He was born in Lewiston Dec. 9, 1987, son of Michael Hinkley of Deland, Florida and Noreen Hare of Greene, Maine.

Scott graduated from Leavitt High School in 2006. He spent the last ten years with Jessica May, longtime girlfriend and mother of his two boys Kaiden and Kolby. He worked for Agren and the Furniture Super Store and most recently Boston Brands. He loved meeting new people and made friends with everyone he met. He was known for his quick wit, colorful jokes and infectious smile. If you met him, you never forgot him.

He leaves behind his girlfriend Jessica May, his sons, Kaiden and Kolby Hinkley, his brother Donny and wife Danielle Hinkley, sister Daisy Taylor; his father Michael and wife Julie Hinkley, his mother Noreen Hare and partner Ken Covey, his favorite uncle Steve Harlow and wife Mona, his grandmother Sally Hinkley, many aunts uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by both grandfathers, Donald Hinkley, Robert Richard and grandmother Norma Richard.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 10, from 4-6 p.m., followed by an in-house Memorial Service at The Fortin Group Funeral Home in Lewiston.
