We only had a handful of correct guesses for last week’s Mystery Photo of the wood sculpture and weathervane at Agassiz Village in Poland. The nonprofit summer camp provides opportunities for children in underserved communities from Massachusetts to Maine. The dining hall and function facility in the background is the largest freestanding log cabin in the Northeast. In a random drawing from all the correct answers, Donald Marquis of Lisbon was picked as the winner of a $25 Hannaford Supermarket gift card. “I didn’t know for sure, but when I opened the paper and saw the eagle, I thought I recognized it. I delivered propane gas for 40 years for Lewiston Bottled Gas and been there many times and just took a guess,” Marquis told us when notified he was the winner.
