Explore Ordway Grove with Twin Town Nature Club
NORWAY — Come join the Twin Town Nature Club on June 3 at 9 a.m. at the Ordway Grove on Pleasant St. Norway. Ordway Grove is an old-growth forest said to have the tallest pines on the east coast. All are welcome. Parking is limited so we are meeting at the Parking lot on Water St. behind the Gingerbread House and will carpool over. Bring a lunch – we plan to have it at the rest area across from Norway Lake. Enjoy the beauty of this ancient forest.

Crafters and Vendors wanted
NORWAY — Second Congregational Church, located at the corner of Main and Paris Streets in Norway, is seeking vendors for our second annual Makers Fair that will be held on Saturday, August 24 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Members of the church will also be renting space and the church will be selling “fair” food during the event. This will be an outdoor event and we expect that vendors will bring their own tables, chairs, and pop-ups for their space. We will utilize our parking lot and lawn around our church and parsonage. We are encouraging handmade craft items and will be prioritizing space for those vendors. Direct sale/wholesale vendors will be considered and may be accepted as space allows. The fee is $25 per space.
This will be our second Makers Fair as we establish our goal to create an annual event that will be held on the 4th Saturday of August each year. To request an application for a space at this event, please contact Pam Davison ([email protected] or 207-674-2589). You can also send a request for an application to Second Congregational Church, UCC, Attention: Pam Davison, P.O. Box 164, Norway, ME 04268-164. We look forward to hearing from you!
