WATERFORD — Public Supper North Waterford Congregational Church on Tuesday, July 9, from 5-6:30 p.m. There will be Baked Beans, American chopsuey, coleslaw, salads ,casseroles brown bread, rolls, beverage and strawberry shortcake. Cost is $12 adults $6 children under 12. Church is located on Rt.35 just off 118, 10 Irving Green Rd.

Festival

he Otisfield Historical Society invites you to our annual Strawberry Festival from 4-6 p.m. on July 7. Our Strawberry Festival, featuring hand picked strawberries, homemade whipped cream and biscuits will be served outside the Bell Hill Meetinghouse at the top of Bell Hill Road in Otisfield.

The cost of the shortcake is $5. In addition to enjoying the shortcake, you are invited to explore the interior of the Meetinghouse and  Otisfield’s only remaining one-room school house, both built in 1839 and both will be open for tours.
