LEWISTON — Fire crews were dispatched Saturday afternoon to College Street for reports of a fire, according to officials.
City spokesperson Angelynne Amores said Lewiston fire crews extinguished a small fire in a detached garage just after 3:34 p.m. at 932 College St.
The garage is believed to be a total loss and the home suffered heat damage.
Crews were being released from the scene around 4:30 p.m., Amores said.
Mutual aid was not called for the fire.
The fire is still under investigation.
