I’m excited to support Kristen Cloutier’s reelection to represent House District 94.
As a small business owner who is also a single mom, I’m grateful for Kristen’s leadership on passing paid family and medical leave. Kristen’s commitment to this program means Mainers like me will have the financial security to manage life’s emergencies. This kind of small business support means I can run my business without fearing the choice between paying my bills and supporting my family.
Kristen’s push for paid family and medical leave shows us who she is: she listened to constituents, including business leaders. She asked tough questions. She worked hard to pass a fair policy that will benefit us all (including businesses).
Kristen understands that putting one’s family or health first shouldn’t have to mean giving up one’s small business dreams — and that’s why she’s the right choice to represent us in Augusta.
