Ben Lampron, a Lewiston native and St. Dominic Regional High School graduate, has been named CEO of Gassen Company, a homeowner association management business based in Minnesota.
Prior to joining Gassen in 2022 as chief operating officer, Lampron was president of Metro Mold & Design, a plastics injection molding company in Minnesota for four years. Previously, Lampron was with Honeywell International for 23 years and served in a variety of sales, service and general management roles throughout the Americas.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Lampron is a mentor and author of “Jumpstart Your Future.” Among his many interests he is a high school basketball official with the Minneapolis Officials Association.
