FARMINGTON —Kyle Curtis, MD, has joined the care team at MaineHealth Franklin Hospital as an anesthesiologist.
Curtis received his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond followed by an anesthesia residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. While there he received the Armed Services Service Medal for meritorious service during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Most recently Dr. Curtis provided high quality anesthesia care to active service members, veterans, retirees and their dependents for the U.S. Army at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. While there he was selected for promotion to major.
Curtis joins colleagues Heather DeCarolis, MD; James Lancaster, MD; Christopher Renaud, MD; and Ronald Chicoine, MD, in staffing anesthesia services.
