NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank has appointed Frank Farrell its Information Technology & Systems director vice president. Most recently, Farrell served as information systems manager.
The Monmouth native and Minot resident joined the bank in 2013 as a software support specialist in the IT Department. In 2018 he was promoted to systems administrator and assistance manager, overseeing mainframe operations and several critical core information systems. In 2021 he was appointed mainframe manager VP before being named to his current position as information systems manager VP.
