Gabby Allen, St. Dom’s, senior, forward: Led the Saints in scoring last season with 15 goals. She was also named a Class D South Regional All-Star and picked for the Sun Journal’s All-Region first team.
Annabelle Carlton, Monmouth, junior, center midfield: Scored seven goals and had six assists as a fullback for the Mustangs in 2023. She is switching from fullback to center midfield this season.
Brittany Carrier, Buckfield, senior, forward: Senior captain scored 18 goals and had four assists last season, earning first-team All-East/West Conference recognition. She was also named a Class D Regional All-Star.
Layla Facchiano, Edward Little, senior, midfielder: One of Edward Little’s top offensive producers last year, tallying nine goals and nine assists. She was picked for the Sun Journal’s All-Region first team.
Gabby Gerry, Edward Little, senior, forward: One of the Red Eddies top scorers with 11 goals and eight assists last season, after which she was named the Sun Journal’s All-Region Player of the Year.
Maddy Herrick, Oxford Hills, senior, goalie: Made more than 200 saves and averaged 2.38 goals against and 12.07 saves per game while guarding the net for the Vikings last season.
Lexi Kelsea, Edward Little, senior, defense: One of the set-piece specialists on and off the ball for the Red Eddies. She will again be an anchor of the team’s defense this season.
Natalee Orr, Mt. Blue, senior, forward: Played forward for the first time last year and racked up eight goals and generated the most scoring opportunities for the Cougars. Selected to the Maine Soccer Coaches Association All-State Team.
Ella Pelletier, Oxford Hills, senior, midfielder/forward: Finished with a team-high 10 goals and ranked second on the Vikings with four assists.
Abigail St. Clair, Winthrop, junior, midfielder: Scored nine goals and tallied six assists for the Monmouth/Winthrop co-op last season and was named to the Sun Journal’s All-Region second team. Will likely play an even bigger role for the rebooted Winthrop High School team.
