COUNTY — The Oxford County Republican Committee will meet at the Finnish-American Heritage Society, 8 Maple Street in West Paris, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10. Dinner will be served for a $15 donation to the Finnish-American Society. Nick Stone, Trump’s campaign director in Maine, will be present to update us on the presidential race. PARIS — There will be a Rabies vaccinations & microchipping clinic with Attending Veterinarian Dr. Nancy Derocher, DVM sponsored by Responsible Pet Care on Saturday, September 21 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Norway Fire Station. The fee for Rabies vaccination is $20 and for MicroChipping, $25. For more information, please call 743-8679. Micro-chipping your pets will aid in locating them if they become lost or should a disaster occur.

OTISFIELD — The Classic Bean/Mac n’ Cheese Casserole Supper is back! Join us on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.  at the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church, 231 Rayville Road in Otisfield (1 mile off State Route 121). Our menu consists of Baked Beans, hot dogs, Mac n’ cheese casserole, cole slaw, rolls, biscuits and assorted desserts. Come hungry, leave not hungry. Donations are greatly appreciated as they are used to help people in need who live in our community. See you all there, and be sure to bring a friend.
