Season outlook: The Red Eddies are looking to continue to grow in their second season as a varsity program. Kiara Bushman and Nellie Feeney should be key contributors this season. Kristi Gordon said she liked the growth of the team during the preseason.
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER PATRIOTS

Returning athletes: Seniors — Hailey Verrill (MB), Lily Nihill (OPP), Cali Stimpson (Setter); Juniors — Ana Turner (MB, OPP), Lilah Thompson (Setter/DS), Ellie Lipson Thacker (MB), Emily Higgins (OH), Kyla Harris (OH/OPP), Madi Genovese (L/DS), Madi Darling (DS), Evie Behnke (MB/OPP), Bri Beers (OH/OPP); Sophomores — Caedyn Lipson Thacker (Setter), Addy St. John (DS).
Key losses: Mackenzie Gervais, Errow Hinckley.
Promising newcomers: Seniors — Lily Nihill (OPP); Juniors — Lilah Thompson (Setter/DS), Emily Higgins (OH), Ellie Lipson Thacker (MB), Madi Genovese (L/DS); Sophomore — Caedyn Lipson Thacker (Setter), Addy St. John (DS).
Season outlook: Tait’s main goal is to create a sense of community and build a program that focuses on develop players’ skills. Gray-New Gloucester’s roster has doubled in size from 14 to 28 players. The Patriots are hungry after just missing the playoffs in 2023.
LEWISTON BLUE DEVILS

Last year’s results: 5-9
Returning athletes: Seniors — Ella Gahagan, Anabelle Poulin, Holland Clyburn; Juniors — Ava Marquis, Emily Bingelis, Gemma Beaulieu, Isabella Enos, Kaylee Grenier, Tori Cox.
Key losses: Kaitlyn Shannon, Nadifo Heban.
Promising newcomers: Seniors — Nuray Gasimova, Christie Mabi.
Season outlook: The Blue Devils just missed the playoffs in 2023 but are hoping to be in the mix for a playoff spot in 2024. Lewiston brings on a new coach in Jen Curlee who has coached the sport for 16 years now.
