The Rangeley Friends of the Arts will host an artist reception for an exhibit celebrating the works of Kristin Horton titled “Living the Life, Reverence in the Northwoods” from 5-6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Lakeside Contemporary Art Gallery in the lobby of the RFA Lakeside Theater in Rangeley. Complimentary refreshments and a beer/wine cash bar will be available.
Horton resides in Portland and spends much of winter in Dallas Hill at her camp.
The exhibit continues through Dec. 10. Winter gallery hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
