HARRISON — A 3-T Auction benefiting Papa’s Boots is set for Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church, 664 Bolsters Mills Road.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. with a free dinner of homemade baked beans, hot dogs and coleslaw.
At 6 p.m. the 3-T auction will begin. This year Papa’s Boots is expanding of distribution of boots to include all of School Administrative District 17. Each school secretary or designee will be given an order form to complete with a code for each child. Each school will be offered 10 pairs of boots for the children in need. The new warm winter boots will be distributed to each school by the Papa’s Boots Committee prior to Christmas break.
People can bring items to donate for the auction the day of the auction.
