I write in support of Mike Lajoie, candidate for Maine House District 96.
Mike has had a long career of active public service. He was a firefighter in Lewiston for many years, headed the city’s fire department, served four terms in the Maine House of Representatives and later a stint on the Lewiston City Council, and has worked with community organizations like the Franco Center and the American Red Cross.
The citizens of House District 96 can be confident that Mike would bring his breadth and depth of experience and his dedication to the public interest to advance the well-being of the people of Lewiston and Maine.
I hope my fellow citizens join me in voting for Mike Lajoie.
Chris Beam, Lewiston
