PARIS — Carter Wyman rushed for three touchdowns as the Oxford Hills football team shut out Class A foe Scarborough 40-0 on Saturday for its first win of the season.

Oxford Hills (1-3) led 14-0 after one quarter, thanks to two short TD runs by Wyman.

A fourth-and-10 conversion on a deep pass from midfield helped the Vikings pad their lead in the second quarter, as Malaki Sparks scored on a 6-yard run.

Oxford Hills added three touchdowns in the third — 12 yards each by Jackson Stack and Wyman, then a 79-yard burst by Cameron Roy. Scarborough fell to 1-3.

FIELD HOCKEY

HALL-DALE/MONMOUTH 3, LISBON 0: Mira Skeha had two goals and an assist as the Bulldogs won in Farmingale.

Sidney Keleher also scored for Hall-Dale/Monmouth (5-3), while Torie Tibbetts and Hannah Rauch added assists.

Bulldogs goalie Jade Graham made nine saves. Sophia Cote stopped 10 shots for Lisbon (3-3).

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER/NYA 2, YORK 1: Kenlie Nadeau and Greta Tod scored as the Patriots won in Gray to remain undefeated.

Emma Bowden and Abby Lacombe assisted for Gray-New Gloucester/NYA, which led 1-0 at halftime and took a 2-0 lead in the third quarter.

Sophia Luchette scored an unassisted goal for York (2-3) in the fourth quarter.

SKOWHEGAN 2, MT. BLUE 1: Sydalia Savage had a goal and an assist in a Class A North victory in Farmington.

Faith Pease added a goal for the River Hawks (5-2), while goalkeeper Kayori Kenyon had three saves.

Alyssa Parker scored the lone goal for the Cougars (3-2) in the third quarter. Mt. Blue kept pressure on Skowhegan in the fourth quarter and had a penalty corner in the final two minutes, but the River Hawks’ defense managed to keep the ball away from the cage.

Bree Griffin and Abbi Donald each had an assist for Mt. Blue.

BRUNSWICK 1, OXFORD HILLS 0: Sadie Correa scored with an assist from Quinn McCormack in the third quarter, and the Dragons (2-4-1) beat the Vikings (0-6) in South Paris.

Ella Duchette stopped three shots for the shutout. Kya Smith of Oxford Hills made seven saves.

BOYS SOCCER

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 5, LAKE REGION 1: Logan Inman and Boje Kautz scored two goals apiece as the Patriots won in Gray.

Carter Laliberty also scored for Gray-New Gloucester (5-1-1), while Dylan Blair scored for Lake Region (2-5).

MONMOUTH ACADEMY 2, RICHMOND 1: The Mustangs avenged their only loss of the season by scoring a pair of second-half goals in Richmond.

Monmouth (5-1) freshman Bryce Fletcher ended the scoreless stalemate with an unassisted goal in the 15th minute of the second half, then Richmond (4-1) senior Zander Steele netted the equalizer two minutes later.

Sophomore Jake Harmon scored the game winner with 14 minutes remaining off an assist by Rory Foyt.

Mustangs goalkeeper Lewis Lamoreau made three saves. David Edwards was stout in goal for the Bobcats, stopping 10 of the 12 shots he faced.

MORSE 6, LEAVITT 2: Ellis Vallade scored a hat trick and Ashton Jacobs added two goals for Morse (7-1).

Austin Wood scored the Shipbuilders’ sixth goal in the 69th minute. Christian Hallowell assisted twice.

Waylon Rhorer saved 10 shots for Morse, while Alex Corey saved 13 for Leavitt (1-6).

ISLESBORO 4, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Eli Field’s three goals paced the Eagles past the Phoenix in Islesboro.

Jaykob Zollman also scored for Islesboro (2-4), and goalie Finnegan Calderwood made five saves.

Wyatt Foss scored Spruce Mountain’s (2-5) lone goal on a penalty kick in the second half. Phoenix goalkeeper Blake Gemelli stopped eight shots.

GIRLS SOCCER

WELLS 1, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Caitlin Sheils’ first-half goal made the difference as the Warriors won in Gray.

Savannah Tardiff made four saves in goal for Wells (4-3), while Hailey Carson had six stops for Gray-New Gloucester (2-4-1).

LEAVITT 1, MORSE 0: Reese Billodeau redirected Carina Castagna’s cross in the first half to score in the Hornets’ win in Bath.

Hailey Welch made 6 saves in net for Leavitt (3-4). Morse fell to 5-2-1.
