LEWISTON — The Brann & Isaacson law firm has named attorney Eamonn Hart as a partner.
Hart has earned the trust of clients and peers alike through a strong track record of creative, responsive, and effective legal advice navigating challenging cases, according to a news release.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Hart has provided general, commercial, and trust and estate litigation counsel to businesses and families throughout Maine and beyond.
Locally, he has represented a fledgling business whose competitors tried to shut down operations before it even opened its doors, family members in long-term disputes over disposition of assets, and partners in complex business breakup matters.
Nationally, he has handled bet-the-company privacy litigation for cutting-edge marketing startups and represented established businesses — including fortune 500 companies — in managing litigation risk. He regularly appears before state and federal trial and appellate courts both within Maine and nationwide. He regularly accepts appointments from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit to represent individuals in appellate matters who cannot afford counsel.
