Sigrid Sibley, playing stringed instruments and singing her own songs, will perform at the Oasis of Music beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Trinity Commonsin Lewiston.
In her own words, “Born and raised in rural Maine, I have developed a deep love for the outdoors, local music, and cold weather. My love of music spans several genres, including folk, bluegrass, classical, and rock&roll. I play a variety of instruments including guitar, mandolin, and piano.”
The Oasis of Music is a weekly music series of performances of roughly thirty minutes, running from September to May. Admission is free, with donations accepted. The musical genres vary greatly, in largely, but not exclusively, acoustic formats. Trinity Commons is located at 247 Bates St., Lewiston. For more information, call 207-344-3106.
