LEWISTON — Rinck Advertising Inc. has named a series of strategic hires and promotions, strengthening its staff with a diverse lineup of professionals, according to an announcement from the woman-owned agency.
Promoted to senior UX/UI designer, Yany Avelar crafts accessible, empathy-driven digital experiences. Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, her mission-centered approach aligns with Rinck’s commitment to inclusivity and digital accessibility, ensuring Rinck’s clients connect with audiences through optimized, user-friendly solutions.
Sarah Bird, now associate creative director of content, culture and innovation, will focus on cultivating client connections and fostering a culture of innovation. Located in Maryland, Bird’s background in storytelling and brand-building supports Rinck’s mission to stay ahead of marketing trends, infusing each project with fresh, strategic insights that resonate with today’s audiences.
Lynn Wassmer joins Rinck as a paid social media manager, bringing extensive expertise in global media. Certified as an ABX digital advertising specialist, Wassmer will support social media strategy for Rinck’s B2B clients, helping them navigate complex digital landscapes with forward-thinking approaches that maximize engagement and ROI. Based in Illinois, she was previously a global paid media specialist at UL Solutions.
With 14 years of international marketing experience, Samantha Habayeb joins Rinck as a senior account manager. Based in Maryland, she brings an understanding of client needs around the globe, including the U.S., Middle East and the UK. Habayeb will oversee client accounts, such as Colman’s USA, Dental Herb and Pears, applying her expertise to develop strategies that bridge multiple markets and resonate across audiences.
April Dlugokeski joins Rinck as a senior project manager, with experience in project execution and team collaboration. Previously with Flight Safety International, Dlugokeski will support clients like Al Fresco, Olitalia, Unilever International, Dove, Vaseline, Pears and Novonesis.
A marketing strategist with a decade of agency experience, Emily Broadbent joins Rinck as a senior account manager. Located in Cape Elizabeth, she will provide support for Maine-based clients, including Androscoggin Bank, MaineGeneral Health, MaineHousing and Safe Voices.
