Cynthia Grimm, left, Toby Haber, Cyndy Greathouse and Ned Claxton perform “About Love: Esther’s Story” on Sunday at the First Universalist Church of Auburn at 169 Pleasant St. The one-act play shares the life of 93-year-old Esther Tucker, a lifelong member of the church, based on interviews conducted by Charles Nero and Haber. Each actor conveys different moods Tucker expressed during the interviews, with Grimm portraying her reflective moments, Haber voicing her shyness and Greathouse capturing her sharp wit.
