Season outlook: Lewiston has joined the co-op this year, and the addition of Chloe Tremblay, Gabby Roy, Klara Cloutier, Lily Douglas, Hamdi Mohamed and several newcomers will add much needed depth. The girls will be more competitive in both the KVAC and state championships. The boys aim to win their fourth KVAC championship in a row and hope to finish as the top Class A boys’ team in the state after two straight runner-up finishes.

HEBRON LUMBERJACKS

Last year’s results: States: Girls 21st
Top returner: Emma Frumiento
Promising newcomer: Michael Boardman
Season outlook: Frumiento will look to improve her times at the Class A state meet, where she won the championship in the 50 free and finished 11th in the 100 butterfly. Boardman looks to be the first boy to represent and score points for Hebron since Ethan Frumiento graduated in 2022.

LISBON GREYHOUNDS

Top returner: Aubrianna Bright
Key loss: Lilah Bright
Season outlook: Bright will compete in the sprint freestyle events and hopes to qualify for the state meet.

OAK HILL RAIDERS

Promising newcomer: Matthew Dupee
Season outlook: Dupee, the first swimmer to represent Oak Hill, has already qualified for the state meet in the 50 free.

ST. DOMINIC SAINTS

Season outlook: The Saints have two boys competing this season, who hope to improve their times and have postseason success.
