Sarah McQuaid: A night of Irish and Appalachian Folk Music is planned 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Somerset Abbey, ​98 Main St.,​ Madison.

The renowned folk singer, songwriter and guitarist is known for her rich captivating voice and intricate guitar work. Both serve to showcase her talent to interpret traditional Irish and Appalachian songs.
