AUBURN — Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St., is set to offer a six-week yin yoga and meditation series designed to help participants relax, recharge and find balance.

Classes are scheduled for 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, from Feb. 4 through March 11, 2025.

Each week, participants can explore postures, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation practices, with an emphasis on cultivating stillness.

Participants should wear comfortable, breathable clothing, extra layers if desired, and bring a yoga mat, two blocks and a blanket; bolsters and straps will be provided. An eye pillow is also suggested.

This series is open to all skill levels; no prior yoga experience is necessary.
