RUMFORD – Logan Viger, 25, died Monday Jan. 6, 2025, at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a long courageous battle with Becker/Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with his family by his side.
Logan was born in Rumford on Nov. 21, 1999. He was a graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Rumford. He enjoyed gaming and being outdoors.
Logan is survived by his mother, Bonnie Pelletier and husband Tom of Rumford; a sister, Ariana Viger of Peru, a brother, Thomas Pelletier, Jr. of Rumford; maternal grandmother, Donna Merchant and husband John, Sr. of Canton, paternal grandfather, Roger Viger and wife Cindy of Rumford, paternal grandmother, Judy Pelletier of Rumford; and maternal great-grandmother, Laura Carver of Lewiston; nieces Raelyn and Faye; many aunts, uncles.

Funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
