Damon Martin scored 17 points and dished out four assists, and Poland pulled away in the fourth quarter to defeat Oak Hill 50-40 in a boys basketball contest in Poland.
Jake Jamo added 15 points and six rebounds for the Knights (8-4), who outscored the Raiders 15-7 in the fourth quarter after leading 35-33 after three periods.
Eli Desmond scored 13 points for Oak Hill (3-11). Braden Dubuc and PJ Smith each had nine points.
DIRIGO 82, SACOPEE VALLEY 48: The Cougars (9-6) made six of their 11 3-pointers in the third quarter on their way to a win over the Hawks (3-12) in Hiram.
Owen Smith scored 19 points, including five 3-pointers for Dirigo. Karl Blodgett and Brady Philbrick both added 12, while Gage Lee and Nathaniel Wainwright both scored 11.
Silas Nielsen scored 17 points for Sacopee Valley.
MT. BLUE 49, NOKOMIS 44: Tyler Abell led a balanced scoring attack with 15 points as the Cougars prevailed in Newport.
Carter Norton and Nolan Leso scored 10 points apiece for Mt. Blue (9-5), and Evan Drake added nine.
Dawson Townsend scored a game-high 17 points for Nokomis (4-10), followed by Seth Bowden with 14.
TELSTAR 87, RANGELEY 50: Reiley Hedden and Brody Morgan were dialed in from long distance as the Rebels (8-4) took down the Lakers (2-10) in Rangeley.
Hedden made seven 3-pointers and scored a game-high 27 points, and Morgan hit five 3s and had 25 points. Jonathan Marshall added 14 points to Telstar’s victory.
Brayden Thompson was Rangeley’s top scorer with 24 points, while Sam Morrill had 16 points and Anthony Whittier contributed seven points and 10 rebounds.
OXFORD HILLS 70, WINDHAM 65: Cameron Pulkkinen scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half and the Vikings (7-7) beat the Eagles (12-2) in Paris.
Brady Delamater scored 18 points, including four 3-pointers, Brayden Murch added 13 and Brady Roy had 10 for Oxford Hills.
Creighty Dickson scored 17 points and Conor Janvrin 14 for Windham.
Girls basketball
MADISON 35, MT. ABRAM 23: Mackenzie Robbins scored 17 points as the Bulldogs won in Madison.
Madison (8-3) burst out to a 15-8 lead after one quarter and never looked back.
Kharlie Turner scored nine points for Mt. Abram (7-7).
MONMOUTH 33, NYA 28: Kaitlyn Frost scored 15 points to lift the Mustangs (9-5) past the Panthers (6-7) in Yarmouth.
Tarynn Keleher added 13 points for Monmouth.
Athena Gee scored 11 points for North Yarmouth Academy.
OXFORD HILLS 44, WINDHAM 37: The Class AA North-leading Vikings (12-2) grinded out a road win over the second-place Eagles (8-6) in Windham.
Ella Pelletier of Oxford Hills topped all scorers with 17 points, while Maddy Herrick added 11 and Gabbie Tibbetts had eight.
Stella Jarvis made 8 of 8 free throws and led Windham with 12 points, and Marley Jarvis finished with eight.
DIRIGO 36, SACOPEE VALLEY 22: The Cougars broke away from a halftime stalemate by outscoring the Hawks 22-8 in the second half in Dixfield.
Abby Luczynski paced the Cougars’ (10-5) balanced attack with nine points, while Sophia Niño, Emily Woods and Diana Cayer each contributed seven points.
Sacopee Valley’s (2-13) Bridget Landry scored a game-high 11 points.
